The beautiful location; the apartment was fantastic as it had a lot of room and the fireplace was excellent; and Fausto the owner was very helpful and a lovely person

It was a good location (just outside the city walls of Orvieto). The parking was a real bonus as parking in Orvieto is v difficult. It was very child friendly - especially for young kids as the falt is all on a level and fairly 'child-proof' and the outside area is large and totally fenced/gated

It was a noisy location and the flat is single glazed only so it takes a bit to get used to traffic noise, though this wasn't too bad through the night

Personnel was helpful, accommodating and pleasant throughout our stay. The apartment furniture was generally comfortable but would be more useful if the dining room table was replaced with a couch and coffee table. Having the washer in the apartment was great. The welcome basket was appreciated and enjoyed.

The walk to the center was unexpectedly hilly and longer than expected. Though this was not a problem it would have been good to have knowledge of it.

La casa и assolutamente magnifica e super accessoriata, i propretari discreti e disponibili. Tutto il soggiorno ci ha pienamente soddisfatto.

Wir haben casa serafina sehr genossen. Der Eigentьmer ist sehr entgegenkommend und die Stadt kaum zu ьberbieten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemьtlich, mit schцnen Mцbeln und gutem Komfort.

Closeness to escalators to the town and to Porte Maggaorie-off street parking.

Traffic noise an issue. Hot water service had problems. Difficult to find due to road closure.
2nd bedroom very small with a set of small bunk beds.

Fausto is very friendly, the apartment is great, clean and spacious. Walking up to the town centre takes only 10 minutes. The wireless internet connection is a bonus!

Innanzitutto la cordialitа e la discrezione del proprietario che ha sopperito in maniera eccellente a qualche mancanza. E' stato un soggiorno perfetto e ringrazio ancora il signor Ermini per la qualitа e l'impronta peculiare che ha voluto dare al nostro soggiorno.
