   ottima ristrutturazione - ottimo impatto visivo - ottimo buon gusto - ottima pulizia - buona la posizione rispetto al centro cittа - ottima la biancheria da letto.

   casa calda e molto umida - soppalco camera con soffitto basso tale da rendere impossibile camminare in posizione eretta - comodini distanti dal letto e conseguente assenza di lampade x lettura - l'interruttore x lo spegnimento luce in camera costringeva ad alzarsi dal letto.
   Casa poco luminosa.
   Solo Pentole di dimensioni grandissime. Niente asciugapiatti. niente presine. Bagno situato a piano interrato molto scomodo da raggiungere dalla camera sita nel soppalco; e molto molto umido. (chiarezza7dettagli al fine di offrire l'opportunitа di migliorare piccole cose)

   The apartment is confortable, beautiful and clean! The honer of this apartment is very kind. due to the delay of my flyght, I arrived at there in the midnight. But they waited for me.

   The apartment was spacious and was equipped with all of the things necessary. It was also recently reconstructed, so the equipment was in good condition. We arrived in Lecce later than expected and the owner was waiting for us. The apartment was a short walk from the train station and a short walk from the main sights in the centro storico.

   I have no complaints.

   Soggiorno breve ma tutto perfetto. Il proprietario e' stato anche molto gentile nel permettere il mantenimento dell'appartamento fino al pomeriggio senza ulteriori aggravi di costi.

   For the price the appartment is large, although if one has to use the sofa-bed on the ground floor this area becomes a little cramped. The appartment is well decorated and maintained. The bathroom in the basement is basic but clean and due to humidity in this area the de-humidifier must be emptied every day! The appartment is well located both near the station and the historic town centre.

   We found it impossible to sleep on the mezzanine floor furnished as a sleeping area. It was too hot (and with the provided fan too noisy!). Also in my opinion this area is structurally very dangerous ie, the stairs leading up to it have no banister rails and the railings fencing this area in are too low, making it possible to fall over on to the ground floor below.
