Nothing.

The room was nasty. The air conditioning stayed on only for 30 minutes and then went off, which was horrible. At night I had to keep waking up to turn it back on, but it would only go on after it had stopped working for an indeterminate period. The staff was not helpful.

This was the best place I stayed in in Italy. On arrival, Antonio gave me a map and told me how to get around and pointed out good places to eat etc. All very helpful information. Santo Spirito is such a lovely area, the best place to be. Close to walk to everything but quiet and I felt like I was living amongst the locals. The room is spotless and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The bathroom in my room was small but really functional, great hot shower. The bed was so comfortable and having internet in my room was fantastic. Breakfast was at a local cafe using vouchers. I found a laundrette around the corner and was able to do all my washing. I absolutely loved this place. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is fabulous and our host, Antonio, provided excellent information on what to visit, where to eat etc... Really appreciated the internet access available in the room.

The location was excellent and the room was very good, the highlight however was the warm friendly service from the owner who made sure our stay was comfortable and that we were well informed about the city and local amenities. Any questions or requests were dealt with in a prompt and friendly way.

After many years travelling it is really nice finding people that care about being professional and offering good value for money. I really recommend the place as the location is excellent, the place is tidy + comfortable and the staff are really friendly. Having internet in the room was a real plus for us as we could find last minute info about Florence that helped a lot.
