In our house you decide the rate.
Our house is not a cheap hotel… So, to people who expect a 5 stars service we advice to not choose us but to look for other structures
We have three rooms with bathroom , A/C, stereo and a balcony or a terrace
We have also other two rooms in a Villa 200 mt far from our house. In this villa there is the Orange room that has the bathroom next to the room and the Purple room that has the bathroom inside. We are in Capitana, in the road that from Cagliari goes to Villasimius, at 600 mt. far from the sea.
Travelling the scenic road that goes in the south east cost, you'll find many bays and beaches, with colours and smells that only Sardinia can offer.
Five minutes far from home you'll be won over immediately by the beach of Mary Pintau (that means sea painted) that it will shock you with the colours of its sea, that change from smerald green to turquoise and the smells of "lentischio" and "cisto" plantes that will accompany you along the path that goes into the beach

| Our rates changes for the services included. The low cost rate (22 and 34 euro) not includes services, you have to bring with you sheets and towels and you pay 7 euro per day if you want the air condition and the breakfast is not included. This rate is valid from the 1/10 to the 30/4. Others rates included the breakfast (based on byological and fair trade food, jams biscuits and cakes home made), cleaning and change of sheets and towels, the price changes only for the frequency which we do that. In some rates are included also the use of the kitchen, the barbeque and Washing machine . |
